1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the NETseo.gr website and our professional services (web development, SEO, consulting). By accessing the website and/or engaging a project, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
“Client”: any natural or legal person that contracts services. “Project”: the set of services/deliverables agreed in writing (offer/contract). “Deliverables”: source code, designs, documentation, and configurations provided to the Client.
3. Services
We provide website/application design and development, SEO, and digital strategy. The scope, phases, and timelines for each Project are set out in the accepted offer/contract.
4. Offers, contracts & deliverables
- Each offer includes a technical description, time estimate, and pricing. Offers are valid for a limited period.
- A Project starts after written acceptance/signature and any advance payment specified.
- After delivery, the Client benefits from a reasonable testing/acceptance period (UAT). Feedback shared within a reasonable timeframe will be handled in good faith.
5. Pricing & payments
- Prices are stated before VAT (where applicable). Payments are due on the agreed dates/milestones.
- Late payments may suspend progress or activation of services.
- Work outside the original scope is billed separately following a written agreement.
6. Client obligations
- Timely provision of materials (copy, images, account access) and approvals.
- Compliance with applicable laws (e.g., copyright of provided content, GDPR as Data Controller).
- Use of deliverables in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of custom code/design that has been paid for transfers to the Client. Third‑party libraries/frameworks/tools remain under their respective licenses. We reserve the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Information marked confidential will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law or competent authorities.
9. Data protection
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR. The Client remains the Data Controller for their end‑users’ data.
10. Third‑party tools & dependencies
Service delivery may depend on third‑party platforms (hosting, DNS, email, APIs). We are not liable for outages/policy changes of such providers; we will, however, communicate reasonable alternatives.
11. Warranty & maintenance
We provide a reasonable bug‑fix period after go‑live. Ongoing maintenance/optimization is available via a separate SLA.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant Project in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect/consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
13. Force majeure
No party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to events of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, provider outages, governmental measures).
14. Termination
Either party may terminate for cause via written notice. Upon termination, works performed up to that moment are invoiced.
15. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. The current version is published on this page with an updated date.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law or, where appropriate for the English section, applicable local law if agreed in writing. Courts of Athens have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
